最近、7日間高熱を出していました。
それからか、
ぜ〜〜〜んぜんやる気が起きず、
頭がぼ〜〜〜っとして
何もする気が起きずに
ず〜〜〜〜っと漫画を読んだり
寝てたりしてましたww
ようやく、今日頭が働いて来たので
整体に2ヶ月ぶりに行って、
2時間半みっちり施術を受けたら…
めっちゃ軽っ！！！！
何これやばい。
めっちゃ軽！！
思考はまとまるし、
体は軽いし、
目は軽いし、
もう最っ高すぎて
エネルギー全開すぎてこれ書いてますww
体がこわばってる時って
ほんと何もやる気起きないし、
そういう時は、
思考もマイナスに偏りやすくなるし、
早いところ整体行けばよかったな〜〜〜〜と。
というのも、
最近は、
自分でセルフマネジメントができるようになってたので
歌を歌ったり、楽しいことをしたりして、
エネルギー循環をして回復してたので
整体ってあまり行ってなかったんですが、
やっぱり整体っていいですね〜〜〜〜！！！
足も軽いし、
帰りの足取りの軽さと行ったらもう笑
最近は、2ヶ月、3ヶ月行ってなかったですが、
セルフマネジメントに整体も組み込んで
体が悲鳴をあげて生産性が落ちる前に
メンテナンスをするのは
私にとって、とっても重要だなと感じました！
