お喜楽道です^^
９月２８日の１８時３３分から
９月２９日の４：０２まで
お風呂に入ってましたww
足ふやけすぎてやばいww
で、そんな長時間何をしてたかというと・・
（あ、ご飯食べてないので
超絶お腹空いてますw）
ずっと今後の動きを考えてました。
というのも、
昨日、
めでたくアメブロ１年記念を迎えたことで、
初めて、
本名とお喜楽道を掛け算することをしたんです。
つまり、
私のことを昔から知っている方々に対して、
初めて、お喜楽道というブログの存在を明かしました。
今まで、
「私という人間」と「お喜楽道」という存在を
一緒にするってことはしてこなかったんですよね。
それは、
お喜楽道という存在と
私という存在は、
別のものにしておきたいという思いがあったから。
どこかで、
お喜楽道と名乗って、
活動をしていることを
「私の本名」を知っている人には、
知られたくない。
そう思ってたんです。
でも、
魚座満月の断捨離の影響なのか、
そういうのどうでもいいかもしれない。
そもそも、
８月下旬の時点で、
お喜楽道を
私のことを知ってる人に話したら、
応援してくれて
わざわざアドバイスをくれるまでになったり、
私が、「自分で制限」してることで
「自分で可能性の扉を閉じてる」
ってことに気づき始めてきてたんですよね。
で、ここ１週間で、
フリーランスになる大学時代の知り合いがいて
Facebookに投稿されてたのでコメントしたら、
「私も今、フリーランス」
って別の人から来たり、
大学の先輩で自給自足をしようとしてる方がいたので、
私が知ってる農業をしてる方とマッチングできたら
面白そうって思ったりとか、
なんか、
私以外にも「個人」で動いてる人がいるんだな
私が「今」持ってるリソースをもっともっと出したら
みんながもっと幸せになるかもしれない
って思うようになったんですよね。
極め付けは、
Facebookに参加して８年記念のシェアをしたら、
小学校の頃、家の前で遊んでた友人が、
めちゃくちゃ久しぶりにいいね！を押してくれて、
なんとなく懐かしくなってメッセージをやりとりしてたら、
「起業の希望を持ってたけど、
やりたいこともわからなくて、
サラリーマンとして働いてる現状」
を話してくれて。
正直、その解決策として、
「自分を知る」という解を
今の私は持ってるんですよね。
でも、
私が制限をしてることで
届かないのであれば、
そんな勿体無いことはないんじゃないかなって。
私が名前をちゃんと出すことで、
届く人が増えるのであれば、
そろそろ時期なんじゃ・・・
そんなことを数日考えていた結果、
２０１９年９月２６日に、
本名の２つ目のFacebookで
人間関係の断捨離をした上で、
お喜楽道をやっていることを公開しました。
そうしたら、、、
コメントをくださったり、
メッセージをくださったり、
めちゃくちゃ懐かしい空気に包まれましたw
でですね、、
そんなことをしてたら、
次にやりたいことが出て来たわけです。
それが、
「オンラインサロン」を作ること。
私は、
前々から「お喜楽ランド」という
「好きなことだけをして生きられる」
価値と価値の交換がなされる
経済圏、国を作りたいと思っています。
正直、
とりあえず、
私が通って来たところまでの
ノウハウは体系化できる形でかなり固まって来ています。
あとは、
何をしたらどうなるのかを階段ごとに整理して、
コンテンツを作り、
世界に「お喜楽道」というものを伝えていくだけ。
初めは、
Instagram、youtube、アメブロ、出版などを通して、
LINE＠で質問に答えたりして、
その延長で進めて行こうと思ってました。
でも、
「受け皿」がないんだよなぁ。。
個人に対して、
質問に答えたりしているのは、
楽しいから続けていきたいけど、
私対個人って感じで、
「コミュニティ」という形で機能してないから
レバレッジが効かないんだよなぁ〜〜〜
っていうジレンマを抱えてたんですよね。
でも、
今までは、本名を出していないという壁があり、
なかなか世の中の便利なツールを使うことができなかったわけです。
Facebookグループがその１つです。
でも、
本名を出してもOKが出たので、
本格的に「オンラインサロン」を作ろうかなと思い始めたわけです。
で、内容をどうしようか・・・
最終的には、
ゴールとして描いてる姿はあるものの
それには、
物理的なシステムが・・・
じゃあ、
今の段階では、
どういうサロンがいいんだろう？？
ってことをずっと考えてたら
朝の４時でしたww
ちょっとだけ頭の中をシェアすると、、、
今考えている直近で解消したいこととしては、、
LINE＠のお友達が増えて来ているものの
適切に機能をしていないこと
例えば、、
・LINE＠で質問されたことを個別で返信するだけに留まっていること
以前は、LINE＠で質問されたことに
全体で答えてシェアするっていうことをしてみたけど、
その度に、通知される投稿数が増えてしまうのがネック
さらに、
シェアした後に、他の方から質問が来た時に、
質問をまとめてシェアする手間が面倒ww
私は、エネルギー状態のいい時に、
シェアしたいからシェアする、答えたいから答えるって人間なので
わざわざまとめたりしてまでやりたくない。
・LINE＠で質問したり、アウトプットする人が固定化されていること
・私のシェアがどの程度伝わってるのかがわからないこと
（私が、思ってる当たり前をそのままシェアしようとすると
共通認識、共通言語の欠如で伝わらないものになっている可能性があるので
何が伝わってないのかが知りたい
＝ここがわからないので、コンテンツを作っても
伝わらない１人よがりのものになりそう。）
・クローズドの場所だからこそ、
リアルタイムで思っていることをどんどんシェアしたいけど
思いつき過ぎてしまうからこそ、あまり通知が多くても・・というジレンマ
解決策：
・投稿数が多くなっても、見るか見ないか、
受け取る、受け取らないを自分で選べる環境
・他の人が質問をしたり、アウトプットをしてる姿を見ることで
どういうことを質問していいのかが分かれば質問しやすくなるか？
・質問を積極的にしてくれる人がいて、コンテンツをどんどん作れる環境を持つこと
その結果、
諸々検討した結果、
Facebookグループ内であれば、、
・投稿を見る、見ないは自分で選択できて、スマホの通知が鳴る訳ではないので
負担にならないかもしれない。
・Q&Aの固定投稿を作成して、そこでやりとりをすることで、
全体で質問内容を見ることができる。
（私が一番エネルギー状態がいい状態でシェアできる）
・アンケート機能などで定期的に、シェアの内容の理解度を知ることができる
・サロンを元に、本を書いたり、講座を作ったりということができれば、
さらに、届けられる人が増える。
とはいえ、無料だと質問自体が生まれない可能性があるので、
「元を取りたい心理に訴えるように」
自己投資金として少額でも投資をしてくれた人だけのコミュニティにした方が良さそう。
・お金を支払ってくれた、一歩踏み出してくださった方同士が、
「本名」で繋がれるので、横の繋がりができやすい。
・以前から要望のある「ワークショップ」、「シェア会」なども
このFacebookグループにいるメンバーのみでの開催などにすれば、
告知も「イベント機能」などを使えば便利で、より横のつながりができそう。
→グルメツアー、神社巡り、漫画シェア会なども開催しやすそう笑
・InstagramのLIVEだと誰でも見れてしまうが、
zoomなどでのシェア会などであれば、サロン内だけの告知などの対応が可能。

まぁ、色々アイディアは出てるんですよww
これが実現すると、
また次に、、
じゃあ、
ブログの立ち位置はどうしよう？？
今までは、「日記」だったけど
「日記」の役割をサロンに持ち込もうかなとか
Facebookの個人アカウントと
グループの投稿はどう区別したらいいだろう？？
そもそも、
毎日鬼のようにアウトプットしてるものも
「単語単位」でもシェアをすることで、
どんどんアイディアが広がったり、
「私、これ好きでやりたいのでできます〜〜〜」
みたいなことが
私対あなたや
サロンにいる方々同士で
価値交換ができたらいいなぁ〜〜〜
とか
サロンを利用することで、
個人で生きていくっていうことのハードルが
どんどん下がるようになったらいいなぁ〜〜〜
その場合の価格のレートはどうしよう〜〜〜
もはや、
サロン内の仮想通貨やトークンを作るか？
とか
でも、現金に交換できないと意味ないよなぁ〜〜〜
じゃあ、ポイント制？？
Instagramの投稿はどうしよう〜〜〜
新規流入はどう確保しよう〜〜〜〜
youtubeにはどういうものをアップする？？
とか、
もうね、
頭がぐちゃぐちゃになるわけですよww
そんなことして
アウトプットしまくってたら、
気づいたら
朝４時ってなわけでしたww
とりあえず、
ストッパーが外れた感覚なので、
「オンラインサロン」を作ることは確定です。
それは確実にやります。
名前は、
「お喜楽ランド」の予定。
でも、
内容は全然決まってないです。
ぶっちゃけ、
こういう思ってることをどんどんサロン内で
遠慮せずに書いて、
実現できる人にどんどんお願いして・・・
みたいなのめっちゃ理想なんですよね〜〜〜〜
アイディアは鬼のようにあって、
整理することもできるけど、
実務スキルが０なのともうやりたくないのでww
都度やりたい人がやってくれたら笑
うん、サロン内で、
こうやって思ってること書きまくるってのもありだなぁ〜〜〜
「お喜楽道のアイディアメモ・実現してくれる方募集」
みたいなww
instagramの原稿は作るけど
あとの加工お願い！みたいなこともサロン内で募集したり、
youtubeの編集こういうのして欲しい！っていうのも
募集したり、そういうのを繰り返していくことで、
１人１人の才能がどんどん磨かれるサロンとか
やばい、楽しいww
今私が公に公開してる媒体って
私が思ってること１００%じゃなく、
多分、
３０%も出せてないんですよね。
１００%と言わず、
２００%出せる場所欲しい！！！！笑
それが、
サロンの中だと私が楽しそうだなぁ〜〜〜ww
私に無数に降ってくるお金を得られる話も
私という人間にとっては
投資価値がなくて活かせないけど、
誰か活かせるかもしれないし、
（ただ友達がいないとか、実務をやりたくないだけで、
実際はちゃんとお金になるものばかり。）
そういうマッチングもしたいなぁ〜〜〜〜
